I've decided to move ljs. It's become increasingly obvious that I am no longer the same person that I was when I first started writing in this one and I feel that to move on with this new phase of my life, I need to leave this journal behind and start afresh.

My new journal is perfectlystilll, feel free to add me. I've gone through and make a pretty massive friends cut but if I didn't add you and you still want to keep in touch, add me and I'll return the gesture.

The journal is no where near ready, and I need to buy Photoshop again for my new laptop so it may be a while until it's up and running - I'm going to wait until then to post.

Well the weather people got it right with the heavy rainfall warning... it's still going strong after about 16 hours and the power's only just come back on after being off for the last couple of hours - it was hell! I can't even remember a time when it's rained in January before - it's meant to be sunny and hot and I'm meant to be wearing a tank top and shorts not jeans and a jumper... this is so wrong!

I love this song so much and at the moment I'm loving this cover more than the original even though the original is Me and Tash's song. I love the lyrics of the song and I guess that with the way that this is performed it's easier to hear and understand them - it fits them better.

This is my inspirational song for me! I love the movie Centre Stage (where it's from) and whenever I'm upset this song makes me so happy, and right now I can't get enough of it!

6. Someday - Nickelback
I'm using this for some inspiration for a fanfic but I love it cos it reminds me of a couple of years ago when it first came out and how different things were then. It seems as if they were so much simpler.

I haven't been making icons for long... go figure!

Well the last day/s have been interesting...

I woke up at 4am yesterday after going to sleep at 2am with the worst stomach pains ever. These went on for about 4 hours until I threw up everything I had in my stomach (sorry for the gruesome details) and then spent the rest of the day extremely exhausted and unable to keep my eyes open for longer than 5 minutes. Like seriously, I fell asleep sitting up in a chair for 2 hours straight and then I walked to my bedroom, sat on my bed checking my e-mails and the next thing I knew I was lying on my bed and I had been asleep for about another 2 hours!

But this morning I woke up and guess what, I was perfectly fine! I even managed to have a road-side sausage sizzle and not feel sick which is a struggle usually!

And well our whole family went into Newmarket to the eye testing place to get new sunglasses for Dad and next door is the extremely ridiculously priced designer shop where Mum and I had gone shopping on Tuesday to get my jeans and her cardigan so we dragged Dad and Lewis in there and I just so happened to find a gorgeous dress which also happened to be half price! A ridiculously expensive half price but none the less! So I tried it on - there was only one size - and it was a perfect fit, and I mean perfect and looked amazing... so Mum got it for me! And an even more amazing thing is that Mum can fit it - just lol - but still... man she's taller than me but she is so lean! I swear she must weigh less than me... that's depressing even though I'm slightly slighter than her as she said, but then she plans to lose another 2kgs so that could all change!

So tomorrow I'm going to take some photos of the dress... I found it online... it's by Twinkle by Wenlan ahhh I love it!!!

Lol this is kinda ridiculous but I'm debating whether or not to go to sleep... it's 5.13am at the moment and for the last like 6 hours I've been watching my favourite Kandy scenes from season 1... and I have to say it, season 1 was SOOO much better!

I loved the Kirsten/Seth parenting scene - yes! Kirsten had an individual parenting scene when Sandy wasn't there, and she totally carried it! That is what the show needs now, more Kirsten time in the form of parenting cos she sure as hell hasn't got near enough in the last 2 seasons.

So yeah, I'm in a bit of a dilemma - I think I will sleep just so I'm not totally exhausted on Friday lol, hopefully Tash and I will be going on a long overdue shopping trip!

Well I've just got The Goodbye Girl left to go and then I'll go to sleep... by then it'll be about 6am lol, this should be an interesting day... if I can stay awake!

OMG the scariest thing ever happened last night!

It was 1.11am and I was writing some more of my fanfic with my lamp on and cos my top security window was open and my bedroom faces the road I heard a car pull up. I thought it was just the girl across the road cos she's always getting into random cars at that time of night so I didn't give it another thought... until I heard someone on the deck thing we have at the front of the house which you walk up to get to our house seeing it's one storey (and my room has a door to the deck). I instantly flicked my lamp off and shut my laptop so there was no light coming out of my room, and then I saw the light from a torch track across my windows through my curtains. I heard a person/people talking quietly and then heard something being moved around (we have heaps of furniture on the deck) and really started to freak out! But the worst moment was when the security light on the side of the house going to the backyard down the side of my room went on (I saw it through my frosted window there) and I started to panic so much that I couldn't breathe. So I quietly crept into Lewis's room which is next to mine and spent ages trying to wake him up before going down to the other end of the house to wake up Mum and Dad... I ran in and said 'Mum, Dad wake up, there was someone on the deck' and they both quickly got up. Mum called security which walked around our section and noted it down that there were shady people around the neighbourhood. At this point I was shaking cos I was so scared, Lewis was just annoyed that I had woken him up and Mum was restraining Dad from going out into our backyard to see if anyone was there. Dad then told me to sleep in Mum's bed with her and he'd take my bed - Lewis slept on the floor in Mum and Dad's room lol.

And so now it's 10pm and I'm getting freaked out a bit, but Shellie's calming me (thanks!) and I have a whole line up of season 1 Kandy to watch, I've been craving it all day!

So I watched 10 hours of the Golden Globes yet I haven't scene the actual awards ceremony lol! I'm so sad Marcia Cross didn't win, I was totally rooting for her!

Yay I got new jeans today - True Religion, very snazzy lol! They are so unbelievably comfortable, if not a tad ridiculously priced! I also got some new pants which are really flattering, exactly what I need lol!

So Tash has blown me off for our shopping tomorrow... She said that she had to babysit but I don't know whether it's cos Becky was mad at me and she had been talking to her or cos she actually is babysitting. Oh well I just talked to Becky for about an hour and everything is all good, now I just need to ring Tash tomorrow morning and check that everything's alright. I guess that that's my problem, I really don't trust people and the only person I trust is Tash but when I feel let down I can't help it even though I end up finding out that whatever I thought was not the case. Well I'm getting up just before 6am tomorrow morning to watch E! for The Golden Globes... I'm such a TV addict at the moment! I'm watching the 6 hour lead up then the 2 hour red carpet and then later the 2 hour behind the scenes/after party... this is going to be fun!!

Last night wasn't actually that bad.  It was our family friend's 21st and although Tessa (the only girl my age) wasn't able to come it turned out to be pretty fun.  I know it sounds kinda lame but I spent most of the time mingling with all the adults - I knew most of them and they didn't seem to be bothered about that which was nice.  And then later on everyone was dancing so I went up and danced with them.  My mum did at first but then sat down so her, Dad and Lewis were the only ones not dancing... and I was having a hell of a good time!

It wasn't much of a late night at all and we got back to the motel at 1am and then got home today around 1pm, I'm exhausted though cos of that and my extra late night the night before... probably wasn't the smartest thing looking back now!

Anyways I'm really happy though cos Tash is coming home tonight and so I'll be able to see her on Tuesday... only 2 days to go now :)  Yay we're going mega shopping seeing we haven't for over a month now - we usually go every weekend lol!  And then Mum said that she'd buy me some new jeans and Tash's mum said the same so I'm doubly excited!
